Tableau assembly of hardwood forms:
-walnut base, carved with Islamic woven motif.
- cherry limb scar hollow form, natural surface.
-turned birch burl vase, with epoxy resin "water".
-bog oak burl carved into the form of a turtle,
-pyrography on base and carved turtle. Watco and Minwax finish.

References the Tartaruga Fountain in Piazza Mattei in the Ghetto section of Rome, Italy.
